Description
- Счетчик MC14518B двойной двоично-десятичный и счетчик MC14520B двойной двоичный выполнены на МОП-приборах с P-каналом и N-каналом обогащенного типа в единой монолитной структуре. Каждый состоит из двух идентичных, независимых, внутренне синхронных 4-каскадных счетчиков. Каскады счетчика представляют собой D-триггеры с взаимозаменяемыми линиями тактового сигнала и разрешения для инкрементирования по положительному или отрицательному фронту при необходимости каскадирования нескольких ступеней. Каждый счетчик может быть сброшен подачей высокого уровня на линию сброса. Кроме того, MC14518B выходит из всех неопределенных состояний в течение двух периодов тактового сигнала. Эти комплементарные МОП-счетчики вверх находят основное применение в многоступенчатых синхронных или асинхронных счетных схемах, требующих низкого энергопотребления и/или высокой помехоустойчивости.
