Description

Семейство операционных усилителей MC33201/2/4 обеспечивает работу с полным размахом сигнала (rail-to-rail) как по входу, так и по выходу. На входы можно подавать напряжение вплоть до 200 мВ за пределами шин питания без инверсии фазы на выходах, а выходное напряжение может достигать значений, отстоящих от каждой шины питания не более чем на 50 мВ. Такая работа с полным размахом позволяет пользователю полностью использовать доступный диапазон напряжений питания. Усилители предназначены для работы при очень низких напряжениях питания (±0,9 В), но могут работать с питанием до +12 В и общим проводом. Методы увеличения выходного тока обеспечивают высокую нагрузочную способность по выходному току, сохраняя при этом минимальный ток потребления усилителя. Кроме того, сочетание низкого уровня шума и искажений с высокой скоростью нарастания и нагрузочной способностью делает этот усилитель идеальным для аудиоприменений.
