Description

NCP349 способен отключать системы от своего выходного вывода при обнаружении неправильных условий работы на входе. Система защищена от положительного перенапряжения до +28 В. Благодаря использованию в этом устройстве внутреннего NMOS-транзистора внешний компонент не требуется, что снижает стоимость системы и площадь печатной платы приложения. NCP349 способен мгновенно отключать выход от входа благодаря встроенному силовому NMOS-транзистору с низким сопротивлением (65 мОм), если входное напряжение превышает порог перенапряжения (OVLO) или опускается ниже порога пониженного напряжения (UVLO). При включении питания (вывод EN(BAR) = низкий уровень) напряжение V превышает порог пониженного напряжения. NCP349 формирует выходной сигнал флага (FLAG(BAR)) с активным низким уровнем, который уведомляет систему о возникновении неисправности. Кроме того, устройство имеет защищённый от электростатических разрядов вход (15 кВ, воздух) при шунтировании конденсатором ёмкостью 1,0 мкФ или более.
