Description

Keep the energy stable for every system by using this LDO NCP565D2T12R4G linear regulator by ON Semiconductor. Its typical dropout voltage at current is 0.9@1.5A V. It has an overall accuracy of ±3 %. This voltage regulation device"s single output can produce a current up to 1.5 A. Use this part at voltages between 2.5 V and 9 V. With a fixed output that has a voltage of 1.2 V, this is power management at its best. At a load regulation of 0.03%(Typ) and line regulation of 0.03%(Typ) your circuit is capable of maintaining a constant voltage level at your output. This product will be shipped in tape and reel packaging to allow for quick mounting and safe delivery. Its polarity is positive. This voltage regulation device has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 125 °C. The maximum dropout voltage is 1.3@1.5A V.
