Description

Never worry about components not turning off and on due to lack of voltage with this LDO NCP699SN25T1G linear regulator from ON Semiconductor. It has an overall accuracy of ±2 %. Its typical dropout voltage at current is 0.4@150mA V. This voltage regulation device"s single output can produce a current up to 0.15 A. Supply your circuit with sufficient power by implementing this, which requires a minimum input voltage of 2.1 V that does not exceed 6 V. With a fixed output that has a voltage of 2.5 V, this is power management at its best. Your circuit has the capability to produce a constant current at its output by using a load regulation of 0.8mV/mA and line regulation of 3mV/V. This product will be shipped in tape and reel packaging for quick mounting and safe delivery. This voltage regulation device has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 85 °C. Its polarity is positive. The maximum dropout voltage is 0.45@150mA V.
