Description

Use this scr S402ES thyristor manufactured from Littelfuse as a bistable switch in your circuit, and keep it on with a forward-biased voltage. This device has a surge current rating of 15 A. This product comes packaged in bulk, so the parts will be stored loosely. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 400 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 400 V. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 125 °C.
