Description
- Это семейство дифференциальных линейных драйверов на 4, 8 и 16 каналов реализует электрические характеристики низковольтной дифференциальной сигнализации (LVDS). Данный метод сигнализации снижает выходные уровни напряжения стандартных 5-В дифференциальных уровней (таких как EIA/TIA-422B) для уменьшения энергопотребления, повышения скорости переключения и обеспечения работы с напряжением питания 3,3 В. Любой из 16 драйверов с токовым выходом при включении обеспечивает минимальную амплитуду дифференциального выходного напряжения 247 мВ на нагрузке 100 Ом.
- В выключенном состоянии выходы драйвера находятся в состоянии высокого импеданса. Каждый вход драйвера (A) и вход разрешения (EN) имеют внутренний резистор, подтягивающий к низкому уровню при разомкнутой цепи.
- Устройства SN65LVDS387, SN65LVDS389 и SN65LVDS391 характеризуются для работы от –40°C до 85°C. Устройства SN75LVDS387, SN75LVDS389 и SN75LVDS391 характеризуются для работы от 0°C до 70°C.
