Description
- Устройства SNx4HC595 содержат 8-битный сдвиговый регистр последовательного ввода и параллельного вывода, который подает данные на 8-битный D-триггерный регистр хранения. Регистр хранения имеет параллельные выходы с тремя состояниями. Для сдвигового регистра и регистра хранения предусмотрены отдельные тактовые сигналы. Сдвиговый регистр имеет прямой вход сброса (SRCLR), последовательный вход (SER) и последовательные выходы для каскадирования. Когда вход разрешения выхода (OE) находится в высоком уровне, выходы переходят в состояние высокого импеданса.

- Трехстабильные выходы с высоким током могут управлять нагрузкой до 15

- Низкое энергопотребление: 80 мкА (максимум) ICC
- tpd = 13 нс (типовое значение)
- Выходной ток ±6 мА при напряжении 5 В
- Низкий входной ток: 1 мкА (максимум)
- Сдвиговый регистр имеет прямой сброс
- На изделиях, соответствующих MIL-PRF-38535,
- Все параметры проверяются, если не указано иное.
