The SN74LVC245AN is an Octal Bus Transceiver with 3-state outputs and LVC technology. Designed for VCC and catalogue operation. The LVC245A devices are designed for asynchronous communication between data buses.
TTL or CMOS input and LVTTL output
This device has limited built-in ESD protection, leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
