Description
- Микросхемы SN751177 и SN751178, представляющие собой сдвоенные дифференциальные драйверы и приемники, являются монолитными интегральными схемами, предназначенными для сбалансированной многоточечной шинной передачи со скоростью до 10 Мбит/с. Они разработаны для повышения производительности дуплексной передачи данных по длинным линиям связи и соответствуют стандартам ANSI TIA/EIA-422-B и TIA/EIA-485-A, а также рекомендациям ITU V.10 и V.11.
- Выходы драйверов SN751177 и SN751178 обеспечивают ограничение как положительного, так и отрицательного тока, а также защиту от теплового отключения при неисправностях линии на шине передачи.
- Приемник характеризуется высоким входным сопротивлением не менее 12 кОм, чувствительностью входа ±200 мВ в диапазоне синфазного входного напряжения от -12 В до 12 В и типовым гистерезисом входа 50 мВ. Отказоустойчивая конструкция гарантирует, что при разомкнутых входах приемника его выходы всегда будут находиться в высоком состоянии.
- SN751177 и SN751178 характеризуются работой в диапазоне температур от -20°C до 85°C.
- Соответствуют или превосходят требования стандартов ANSI TIA/EIA-422-B и TIA/EIA-485-A, а также рекомендаций ITU V.10 и V.11.
- Предназначены для многоточечной шинной передачи по длинным линиям связи в условиях шумов.
- Ограничение положительного и отрицательного тока драйвера.
