The AVX TAJ series capacitors are general purpose, standard polarized tantalum chip capacitors. The capacitance value ranges from 0.10µF to 2200µF.
EIA 1206, 1210, 2312, 2917, 2924 case sizes available
Meets CECC 30801-005 and EIA 535BAAC standards
Rated voltage range of 2.5VDC to 50VDC
Available in ±10% and ±20% tolerance
Operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C
