- Микросхема TC58DxM72x1xxxx представляет собой NAND-флэш-память с электрическим стиранием и программированием (NAND E2PROM) объемом 128 Мбит (138 412 032 бит), организованную как 528 байт/264 слова × 32 страницы × 1024 блока. Устройство использует два источника питания (2,7 В–3,6 В для VCC и 1,65 В–1,95 В для VCCQ). Прибор оснащен статическим регистром емкостью 528 байт/264 слова, который обеспечивает передачу данных программирования и чтения между регистром и массивом ячеек памяти порциями по 528 байт/256 слов. Операция стирания выполняется в единичном блоке (16 Кбайт + 512 байт:
- 528 байт × 32 страницы/8K слов + 256 слов: 264 слова × 32 страницы).
