- TEA1733T — это недорогая микросхема контроллера импульсного источника питания (SMPS), предназначенная для обратноходовых топологий. Она работает в режиме фиксированной частоты. Для снижения электромагнитных помех (EMI) реализован джиттер частоты. Для работы в режиме непрерывной проводимости (CCM) встроена компенсация наклона.

- Широкий диапазон входного напряжения (от 12 В до 30 В)
- Очень низкий ток потребления при запуске и перезапуске (типично 10 мкА)
- Низкий ток потребления при нормальной работе (типично 0,5 мА без нагрузки)
- Компенсация перегрузки по мощности или высокого/низкого напряжения сети
- Регулируемое время задержки отключения при перегрузке
- Регулируемый таймер перезапуска после перегрузки
- Фиксированная частота переключения с джиттером частоты для снижения ЭМП
- Снижение частоты с фиксированным минимальным пиковым током для поддержания высокого КПД при низких уровнях выходной мощности
- Компенсация наклона для работы в режиме CCM
- Низкий и регулируемый порог срабатывания защиты от перегрузки по току (OCP)
- Регулируемый режим мягкого пуска
- Два входа защиты (например, для входного UVP и OVP, OTP и выходного OVP)
- Защита микросхемы от перегрева
