Description
- Прибор TL1431 представляет собой прецизионный программируемый источник опорного напряжения с заданной температурной стабильностью в автомобильном, коммерческом и военном диапазонах температур. Выходное напряжение может быть установлено на любое значение от VI(ref) (приблизительно 2,5 В) до 36 В с помощью двух внешних резисторов. Прибор имеет типичное выходное сопротивление 0,2 Ом. Активная выходная схема обеспечивает резкую характеристику включения, что делает прибор отличной заменой стабилитронов и других типов источников опорного напряжения в таких применениях, как бортовое регулирование, регулируемые блоки питания и импульсные источники питания.
- TL1431C предназначен для работы в коммерческом диапазоне температур от 0°C до 70°C. TL1431Q предназначен для работы в полном автомобильном диапазоне температур от –40°C до 125°C. TL1431M предназначен для работы в полном военном диапазоне температур от –55°C до 125°C.
- Допуск начального напряжения 0,4%
- Типовое выходное сопротивление 0,2 Ом
- Быстрое включение (500 нс)
- Способность поглощать ток (от 1 мА до 100 мА)
- Низкий ток опорного вывода (REF)
