Description
- VDIP1 представляет собой модуль разработки, преобразующий микроконтроллер (MCU) во встроенный хост-контроллер USB на базе устройства VNC1L. Vinculum VNC1L — первая микросхема встроенного хост-контроллера USB из семейства Vinculum. Она не только способна обрабатывать интерфейс USB-хоста и функции передачи данных, но благодаря встроенному микроконтроллеру и встроенной flash-памяти также может инкапсулировать классы USB-устройств. Модуль VDIP1 предназначен для приложений, где MCU используется в качестве хост-контроллера USB или ведомого устройства. Модуль поставляется на печатной плате, выполненной в форм-факторе для установки в 24-контактную DIP-панель, и обеспечивает доступ к выводам интерфейсов UART, параллельного FIFO и SPI микросхемы VNC1L через контакты шин AD и AC.
- USB-разъем типа «A» (одинарный) для подключения периферийных USB-устройств
- Второй порт USB-интерфейса доступен через контакты модуля (при необходимости)
- Выбор интерфейса MCU (UART, параллельный FIFO или SPI) с помощью перемычек
- Однополярное питание 5 В от USB-подключения (внешний источник не требуется)
- Вспомогательный выход питания 3,3 В / 200 мА для внешней логики
- Программирование или обновление прошивки через USB-флеш-накопитель или через интерфейс UART/параллельный FIFO/SPI
- Светодиодный индикатор питания и активности
- Выводы управления программированием прошивки VNC1L (PROG# и RESET#) выведены на интерфейс перемычек
- Модуль идеально подходит для быстрого прототипирования и разработки устройств на базе VNC1L
