Description
- This bistable switch put 2N6028RLRAG thyristor manufactured from ON Semiconductor will turn on when a current is applied to it. This device has a surge current rating of 5 A. This component will be shipped in tape and reel packaging to allow for effective mounting and safe delivery. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -50 °C and a maximum of 100 °C. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 40 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 40 V.
