Description
- VHC157 — это усовершенствованный высокоскоростной CMOS-мультиплексор с четырьмя 2-канальными входами, выполненный по технологии кремниевого затвора CMOS. Он обеспечивает высокую скорость работы, аналогичную эквивалентным биполярным Шоттки TTL, при этом сохраняя низкое энергопотребление типичное для CMOS. Устройство состоит из четырёх цифровых мультиплексоров с двумя входами и общими входами выбора и разрешения. Когда вход ENABLE# поддерживается на уровне «H», выбор данных блокируется, а все выходы принимают уровень «L». Декодирование сигнала SELECT определяет, какие входы I будут подключены к соответствующим выходам. Схема защиты входов гарантирует, что на входные контакты можно подавать напряжение от 0 В до 7 В независимо от уровня питания. Данное устройство может использоваться для взаимодействия систем с питанием 5 В и 3 В, а также в двухуровневых системах питания, таких как резервное питание от аккумулятора. Эта схема предотвращает повреждение устройства вследствие несоответствия уровней питания и входных напряжений.
