- Микросхема AD5160 представляет собой компактное решение в корпусе размером 2,9 мм × 3 мм для приложений, требующих 256-позиционной регулировки. Эти устройства выполняют ту же функцию электронной регулировки, что и механические потенциометры¹ или переменные резисторы, но с улучшенным разрешением, твердотельной надежностью и превосходными характеристиками низкого температурного коэффициента.
- Настройки положения движка управляются через цифровой интерфейс, совместимый с SPI. Сопротивление между движком и любой из конечных точек фиксированного резистора изменяется линейно в зависимости от цифрового кода, переданного в регистр RDAC.
- Работа от источника питания напряжением от 2,7 В до 5,5 В и потребление тока менее 5 мкА позволяют использовать устройство в портативных приложениях с батарейным питанием.
