- AD7997/AD7998 — это 8-канальные 10- и 12-битные маломощные АЦП последовательного приближения с интерфейсом, совместимым с I2C. Устройства работают от одного источника питания напряжением от 2,7 В до 5,5 В и характеризуются временем преобразования 2 мкс. Они содержат 8-канальный мультиплексор и усилитель выборки и хранения, способные обрабатывать входные частоты до 11 МГц.

- 8 однополярных аналоговых входных каналов
- Рассчитан на напряжение питания VDD от 2,7 В до 5,5 В

- Высокая скорость пропускания данных: до 188 кВыб/с
- Режим последовательного опроса
- Автоматический циклический режим
- Последовательный интерфейс, совместимый с I2C®, поддерживает стандартный, быстрый и высокоскоростной режимы
- Индикатор/функция оповещения о выходе за диапазон
- Адресация, выбираемая выводом AS
- Режим отключения: 1 мкА макс.
- Диапазон температур: от −40°C до +85°C
- Корпус TSSOP с 20 выводами
