- AD8313 представляет собой полный многоступенчатый демодулирующий логарифмический усилитель, который может точно преобразовывать входной RF-сигнал в эквивалентное значение в децибелах на выходе постоянного тока. AD8313 обеспечивает высокую степень логарифмической конформности для сигналов с частотой от 0,1 ГГц до 2,5 ГГц. Применение устройства простое: требуется только один источник питания от 2,7 В до 5,5 В и добавление соответствующей развязки по входу и питанию. При работе от источника 3 В потребляемый ток составляет 13,7 мА (при TA = 25°C), что соответствует всего 41 мВт. Предусмотрена функция отключения питания: при подаче высокого уровня на вход активируется режим пониженного потребления (20 мкА) с порогом, равным половине напряжения питания.
- AD8313 изготовлен по передовому 25-ГГц кремниевому биполярному процессу ИС компании Analog Devices, Inc. и поставляется в 8-выводном корпусе MSOP. Диапазон рабочих температур составляет от −40°C до +85°C.
