ОБЩЕЕ ОПИСАНИЕ
AD8646 и AD8647 — это сдвоенные, а AD8648 — счетверённый, усилители с rail-to-rail входом и выходом, работающие от одного источника питания, характеризующиеся низким напряжением смещения, широкой полосой пропускания сигнала, низким входным напряжением и низким уровнем шума по току. AD8647 также имеет функцию отключения с низким энергопотреблением.
Сочетание полосы пропускания 24 МГц, низкого смещения, низкого уровня шума и очень низкого входного тока смещения делает эти усилители полезными в самых разных приложениях. Фильтры, интеграторы, усилители фотодиодов и датчики с высоким импедансом выигрывают от сочетания этих характеристик. Приложения переменного тока выигрывают от широкой полосы пропускания и низких искажений. AD8646/AD8647/AD8648 обладают высокой способностью управления выходным сигналом, что отлично подходит для аудиолинейных драйверов и других приложений с низким импедансом.
