ADRF6850 — это высокоинтегрированный широкополосный квадратурный демодулятор, синтезатор частоты и усилитель с переменным коэффициентом усиления (УПУ). Прибор охватывает рабочий диапазон частот от 100 МГц до 1000 МГц для применения в системах связи с узкополосными и широкополосными сигналами, выполняя квадратурную демодуляцию с промежуточной частоты непосредственно в основную полосу частот.
Демодулятор ADRF6850 включает высокомодульный дробно-N синтезатор частоты со встроенным генератором, управляемым напряжением (ГУН), обеспечивающий разрешение по частоте лучше 1 Гц, а также диапазон регулировки усиления 60 дБ, обеспечиваемый входным УПУ.
Управление всеми встроенными регистрами осуществляется через выбираемый пользователем интерфейс SPI или I2C. Прибор работает от одного источника питания напряжением от 3,15 В до 3,45 В.
