Description
- CA3130A и CA3130 — это операционные усилители, которые объединяют преимущества как CMOS, так и биполярных транзисторов. В входной цепи используются затворозащищенные PMOS-транзисторы, что обеспечивает очень высокое входное сопротивление, крайне низкий входной ток и исключительную скорость работы. Использование PMOS-транзисторов в входной стадии позволяет достигать способности к входному напряжению в общем режиме даже до **0,5 В ниже отрицательного рабочего вывода, что является важным преимуществом в приложениях с односторонним питанием.
