Description
- CAT25256 – это устройство типа EEPROM с серийным кодом 256 кбайт, внутренне организованное из 32 килобит на бит. Устройство имеет буфер записи размером 64 байта и поддерживает протокол Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). Устройство активируется через вход Chip Select(). Кроме того, необходимы сигналы шины: вход для синхронизации (SCK), вход для данных (SI) и выход для данных (SO). Вход может использоваться для приостановки любой серийной связи с устройством CAT25256. Устройство имеет защиту от записи как программного, так и аппаратного уровня, включая частичную и полную защиту всей массива данных. Внутренняя система исправления ошибок (ECC) делает устройство подходящим для применения в высоконадежных средах. Доступно для новых продуктов (версия E).
