Description

Интегральная схема регулятора генератора CS3341/3351 обеспечивает регулирование напряжения для автомобильных трехфазных генераторов. Она управляет внешним мощным транзистором Дарлингтона для контроля тока возбуждения генератора. В случае неисправности заряда предусмотрен выход для лампы, который управляет внешним транзистором Дарлингтона, способным включать индикаторную лампу неисправности. Активация выхода лампы происходит при перенапряжении или отсутствии сигнала STATOR. CS3341 и CS3351 доступны в корпусах SO-14.
