Description
- CS8182 представляет собой монолитный интегральный стабилизатор с низким падением напряжения и отслеживанием, предназначенный для обеспечения регулируемого буферизированного выходного напряжения, которое точно отслеживает (±10 мВ) опорное входное напряжение. Выход обеспечивает ток до 200 мА, при этом его можно настроить выше, ниже или равным опорному напряжению. Выход спроектирован для работы в широком диапазоне (от 2,8 В до 45 В) при сохранении отличных характеристик постоянного тока. CS8182 защищён от обратной полярности аккумулятора, короткого замыкания и теплового перегрева. Устройство также выдерживает переходные процессы при сбросе нагрузки до 45 В и переходные процессы входного напряжения обратной полярности до 50 В. Это делает его пригодным для использования в автомобильных средах. Вывод V/ENABLE выполняет две функции. Он используется для подачи входного напряжения в качестве опорного для выхода, а также может быть притянут к низкому уровню для перевода устройства в режим сна, при котором оно потребляет от источника питания менее 30 мкА.
