- Микросхема DS1847 представляет собой двойной температурно-управляемый энергонезависимый (NV) переменный резистор, состоящий из двух 256-позиционных линейных переменных резисторов. DS1847-050 содержит один резистор на 10 кОм и один на 50 кОм, а DS1847-010 содержит два резистора по 10 кОм; обе версии включают датчик температуры с прямым преобразованием в цифровой код. Устройство обеспечивает идеальный способ установки и температурной компенсации напряжений смещения и токов в приложениях управления с использованием минимального количества схемных элементов.
- Настройки переменных резисторов хранятся в памяти EEPROM и доступны через стандартную двухпроводную последовательную шину. Значение каждого переменного резистора определяется таблицей поиска с адресацией по температуре, которая может назначать уникальное значение каждому резистору для каждого приращения 2°C в диапазоне от -40°C до +95°C. Выход цифрового датчика температуры также доступен в виде 13-битного значения в дополнительном коде через последовательную шину. Выводы интерфейса ввода/вывода включают SDA и SCL.
