Description

If your circuit needs to adjust from an AC to DC voltage use a Schottky diode DSA300I200NA rectifier from Ixys Corporation. Its maximum power dissipation is 830000 mW. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This rectifier has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 150 °C. It is made in a single dual anode dual cathode configuration. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 3500 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 300 A.
