Description
- This secondary side synchronous rectifier driver FAN6224M secondary side PWM controller from Fairchild Semiconductor is designed to regulate power while sitting on the secondary side of an isolating transformer. Its switching regulator has a frequency of 100 to 140 kHz. This component will be shipped in tape and reel packaging to allow for effective mounting and safe delivery. This secondary side synchronous controller has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 105 °C.
