Description

The FDC6323L is an Integrated Load Switch with high cell density, DMOS technology. This very high density process is especially tailored to minimize on-state resistance and provide superior switching performance. This device is particularly suited for low voltage high side load switch application where low conduction loss and ease of driving are needed.
