Description

The ISP452 is a Smart Power high-side vertical power FET Switch with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS® technology for industrial applications. It provides embedded protection functions and clamp of negative output voltage with inductive loads.
