LB11870 — это трёхфазный бесщёточный драйвер двигателя, разработанный для привода двигателей, используемых в лазерных принтерах и копировальных аппаратах для обычной бумаги. Он способен реализовать на одном микросхеме все необходимые для управления полигональным зеркалом цепи, включая функции регулирования скорости и управления. Благодаря использованию прямого ШИМ-управления LB11870 обеспечивает привод двигателя с минимальными потерями мощности.

• Трёхфазное биполярное управление

• Встроенные шесть верхних и нижних диодов на чипе
• Цепь контроля выходного тока
• Цепь управления скоростью с помощью ФАПЧ
• Выход обнаружения фазовой синхронизации (с функцией маскирования)
• Встроенные на чипе цепи ограничения тока, термозащиты, защиты от блокировки ротора и защиты от низкого напряжения
