Description

Use this LM311M comparator circuit from Texas Instruments to check whether an input signal as reached some predetermined value. Its maximum power dissipation is 500 mW. It has an open collector output. Its typical dual supply voltage is ±3|±5|±9|±12 V, with a minimum of ±2.5 V and maximum of ±15 V. This comparator has a temperature range of 0 °C to 70 °C. This device utilizes bipolar technology. This device uses one or two power supplies. It has a single channel per chip.
