- Микросхемы серии LT®1241 представляют собой 8-выводные широтно-импульсные модуляторы с фиксированной частотой и токовым режимом управления. Они являются улучшенными совместимыми по выводам версиями промышленного стандарта серии UC1842. Данные устройства отличаются повышенным быстродействием и пониженным током покоя. Серия LT1241 оптимизирована для применения в сетевых и DC/DC-преобразователях. Они содержат термокомпенсированный опорный источник, усилитель ошибки с высоким коэффициентом усиления, компаратор токового датчика и мощный выходной каскад с двухтактным выходом, идеально подходящий для управления силовыми MOSFET-транзисторами. Пусковой ток снижен до менее чем 250 мкА.
