- Микросхемы LT®1395/LT1396/LT1397 представляют собой одно/двух/четырехканальные усилители с токовой обратной связью с полосой пропускания 400 МГц, скоростью нарастания 800 В/мкс и способностью обеспечивать выходной ток до 80 мА. LT1395/LT1396/LT1397 работают от всех источников питания от одного 4 В до ±6 В. При напряжении ±5 В потребляемый ток составляет 4,6 мА на усилитель. Микросхема LT1395CS6 также имеет вывод отключения. В выключенном состоянии LT1395CS6 потребляет практически нулевой ток питания, а ее выход переходит в состояние высокого импеданса. Время включения LT1395CS6 составляет всего 30 нс, а выключения — 40 нс, что делает ее идеальной для применения в оборудовании с расширенным спектром и портативных устройствах.
