ОПИСАНИЕ
Микросхема LTC®4440 представляет собой высокочастотный драйвер верхнего плеча для управления затвором N-канального MOSFET, предназначенный для работы в приложениях с напряжением VIN до 80 В. LTC4440 также выдерживает переходные процессы по VIN до 100 В и продолжает функционировать. Мощный выходной каскад драйвера снижает потери переключения в MOSFET с большой емкостью затвора. Выходная цепь подтяжки к питанию (pull-up) LTC4440 имеет пиковый выходной ток 2,4 А, а выходная цепь подтяжки к земле (pull-down) — выходное сопротивление 1,5 Ом.

■ Входы, совместимые с TTL/CMOS, с гистерезисом
