Description
- Микросхема MC14042B представляет собой четырехразрядный прозрачный защелк, выполненный на МОП-транзисторах с P-каналом и N-каналом в режиме обогащения в единой монолитной структуре. Каждая защелка имеет отдельный вход данных, но все четыре защелки используют общий тактовый сигнал. Полярность тактового сигнала (высокий или низкий уровень), используемая для стробирования данных через защелки, может быть изменена с помощью входа полярности. Информация, присутствующая на входе данных, передается на выходы Q и Q в течение уровня тактового сигнала, который определяется входом полярности. Когда вход полярности находится в состоянии логического «0», данные передаются при низком уровне тактового сигнала, а когда вход полярности находится в состоянии логической «1», передача происходит при высоком уровне тактового сигнала.
