If you need to regulate the level of voltage entering your circuit, the MIC2196YM current controller from Microchip Technology is your solution. With an output that has a voltage of 1300 V, this is power management at its best. Its Stg/Jun PWM outputs produce a current of Single mA. This current mode controller supports -65 to 150 topology. You can operate this at a switching frequency of 1 kHz. This component will be shipped in tape and reel packaging for effective mounting and safe delivery. This current mode controller"s maximum duty cycle is 3000(Typ) %. This current mode controller has a minimum operating temperature of -65 °C and a maximum of 150 °C.
