- Семейство MIC4423/4424/4425 представляет собой высоконадежные буферы/драйверы DMOS и MOSFET-драйверы на основе технологии BiCMOS. Они являются версиями с более высоким выходным током по сравнению с моделями MIC4426/4427/4428, которые, в свою очередь, являются улучшенными вариантами устройств MIC426/427/428. Все три семейства совместимы по выводам. Драйверы MIC4423/4424/4425 способны обеспечивать надежную работу в более жестких электрических условиях по сравнению со своими предшественниками.
