Description

The NCP361SNT1G is an USB positive over-voltage Protection Controller with internal PMOS FET and over-current protection. The disconnect system at its output when wrong VBUS operating conditions is detected at its input. The system is positive over-voltage protected up to +20V. This is able to instantaneously disconnect the output from the input if the input voltage exceeds the over-voltage threshold. This provides a negative going flag (FLAG) output, which alerts the system that voltage, current or over-temperature faults have occurred.
