Description
- Keep calm and stay stable by implementing this LDO NCV47711PDAJR2G linear regulator developed by ON Semiconductor. It has an overall accuracy of ±3 %. Its typical dropout voltage at current is 0.25@150mA V. This voltage regulation device"s single output can produce a current up to 0.35 A. By only needing an input voltage of 5.5 V with a maximum of 40 V, this is the best way to control the power in your circuit. With an adjustable output that has a voltage of 5 to 20 V, this is power management at its best. By operating at a load regulation of 0.14%(Typ) and line regulation of 0.1%(Typ) you can provide a constant voltage at your output. In order to guarantee safe delivery and allow for quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be enclosed in tape and reel packaging during shipment. This voltage regulation device has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 150 °C. The maximum dropout voltage is 0.5@150mA V. Its polarity is positive.
