Description
- Эти устройства содержат три независимых 3-входных логических элемента типа NAND с выходами открытого коллектора. Для правильной работы этих выходов необходимы резисторы подтяжки. Их можно соединить с другими выходами открытого коллектора для реализации функций активно-низкого типа “вязаный ИЛИ” или активно-высокого типа “вязаный ИСА”. Устройства с открытым коллектором часто используются для получения более высоких уровней VOH.
- SN5412 и SN54LS12 подходят для использования в полном армиальном температурном диапазоне от -55°C до 125°C. SN7412 и SN74LS12 подходят для использования при температуре от 0°C до 70°C.
- Варианты корпусов включают пластиковые корпуса малого размера, керамические картриджи и плоские корпуса, а также пластиковые и керамические DIP-корпуса.
