The STN3N45K3 is a 450V N-channel Zener-protected SuperMESH™ Power MOSFET with a new optimized vertical structure. The MOSFET boasts an extremely low on resistance, superior dynamic performance and high avalanche capability, rendering it suitable for the most demanding applications. Improved gate charge and lower power dissipation to meet today"s challenging efficiency requirements.
