Description

The STTH1R02Q is an Ultra-fast Recovery Diode uses ST"s new 200 V planar Pt™ doping technology and especially suited for switching mode base drive and transistor circuits. It is intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection.
