Микросхемы TC1270 и TC1271 представляют собой экономичные схемы контроля системы, предназначенные для мониторинга напряжения VCC в цифровых системах и формирования сигнала сброса для основного процессора при необходимости. Предусмотрен вход ручного сброса для переопределения контроллера сброса, который подходит для использования в качестве кнопочного сброса. Внешние компоненты не требуются.
Особенности:
• Прецизионный контроль VCC для номинальных источников питания 1,8 В, 2,7 В, 3,0 В, 3,3 В и 5,0 В
• Вход ручного сброса
• Минимальная длительность импульса сброса RESET 140 мс
• Выходной сигнал RESET действителен до VCC = 1,0 В (TC1270)
• Низкий ток потребления 7 мкА
• Устойчивость к переходным процессам по VCC
• Компактный корпус SOT-143 с 4 выводами
• Отсутствие внешних компонентов
• Замена MAX811/812 и предлагает более низкий
порог напряжения
