- TC2117 — это фиксированный, высокоточный (как правило, ±0,5%) КМОП-стабилизатор с низким падением напряжения. Разработанный специально для систем с батарейным питанием, КМОП-конструкция TC2117 исключает паразитный ток заземления, значительно продлевая срок службы батареи. Общий ток потребления составляет typically 80 мкА при полной нагрузке (в 20–60 раз ниже, чем у биполярных стабилизаторов).
- Ключевые особенности TC2117 включают сверхнизкий уровень шума, очень низкое падение напряжения (typically 450 мВ при полной нагрузке) и быстрый отклик на ступенчатые изменения нагрузки. TC2117 оснащен защитой от перегрева и перегрузки по току. Стабилизатор устойчив при выходном конденсаторе всего 1 мкФ и имеет максимальный выходной ток 800 мА. Данное устройство доступно в корпусах SOT-223 с 3 выводами и DDPAK с 3 выводами.
