The TIP140 is a 60V NPN Darlington Transistor designed for general purpose amplifier and low speed switching applications.
Monolithic construction with built-in base-emitter shunt resistors
Collector-emitter sustaining voltage (Vceo (sus) = 60V minimum)
Collector-emitter saturation voltage(Vce (sat) = 2.5V maximum at Ic = 5A)
