- Функциональное описание
- TLE 4471 — монолитный интегральный тройной стабилизатор напряжения с очень низким падением напряжения. Основной выход обеспечивает нагрузку до 450 мА, а дополнительные следящие выходы могут обеспечивать до 50 мА и 100 мА. Кроме того, устройство включает сторожевой таймер для контроля микроконтроллера, сброс при понижении напряжения, сброс при включении питания и расширенные функции включения.
