Description
- TLV247x представляет собой семейство КМОП-операционных усилителей с rail-to-rail входом/выходом, которые устанавливают новую точку производительности по соотношению тока питания и характеристик переменного тока. Эти устройства потребляют всего 600 мкА/канал, обеспечивая при этом произведение коэффициента усиления на полосу пропускания 2,8 МГц. Наряду с улучшенными характеристиками переменного тока усилитель обеспечивает высокую способность управления выходом, решая основной недостаток старых микромощных операционных усилителей. TLV247x может отклоняться до 180 мВ от каждой шины питания при нагрузке 10 мА. Для приложений, не требующих rail-to-rail выхода, TLV247x может обеспечивать ±35 мА при отступе 500 мВ от шины. Как входы, так и выходы имеют полный размах до шин питания для увеличения динамического диапазона в низковольтных приложениях. Такая производительность делает семейство TLV247x идеальным для интерфейсов датчиков, портативного медицинского оборудования и других схем сбора данных.
