Description
- This LDO TPS73601MDCQREP linear regulator from Texas Instruments gives you control over the voltage levels of your circuit. Its typical dropout voltage at current is 0.075@400mA V. This device has a maximum power dissipation of 2222 mW. It has an overall accuracy of ±0.5 %. This voltage regulation device"s single output can produce a current up to 0.4 A. By only needing an input voltage of 1.7 V with a maximum of 5.5 V, this is the best way to control the power in your circuit. With an adjustable output that has a voltage of 1.2 to 5.5 V, this is power management at its best. Your circuit has the capability to produce a constant current at its output by using a load regulation of 0.002%/mA(Typ) and line regulation of 0.01%/V(Typ). Its maximum power dissipation is 2222 mW. In order to guarantee safe delivery and allow for quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be enclosed in tape and reel packaging during shipment. The maximum dropout voltage is 0.2@400mA V. Its polarity is positive. This voltage regulation device has an operating temperature range of -55 °C to 125 °C.
